Orders are gladly accepted from qualified outdoor retailers by phone, fax, online or by email. Orders received before 1 pm will generally ship the same business day. We will notify you of any back orders or problems with your order. Our couriers are Canpar or Canada Post. Orders over $1500 shipped with our couriers qualify for our free freight program. Freight charges may be deducted from invoices over $1500 if the invoice is paid within 30 days. No other discounts can be combined with the free freight program. Customers may request we use a different courier or express service at the customer’s expense.
