Orders are gladly accepted from qualified outdoor retailers by phone, fax, online or by email. Orders received before 1 pm will generally ship the same business day. We will notify you of any back orders or problems with your order.
Our couriers are Canpar, UPS, Dicom or Canada Post. Orders over $1500 shipped with our couriers qualify for our free freight program. Freight charges may be deducted from invoices over $1500 if the invoice is paid within 30 days. No other discounts can be combined with the free freight program.
Customers may request we use a different courier or express service at the customer’s expense.
